• Representing various non-profit housing and community development organizations in the financing and development of affordable housing projects, including the financing and zoning of a 62 unit affordable housing development project located in Brighton, MA.

• Representing a state housing and community development department making acquisition and construction loans to various non-profit housing and community development organizations for the acquisition and development of affordable housing projects, including for the rehabilitation of a 26 unit affordable housing project located in Dorchester, MA.

• Representing a state housing finance agency making a $7,425,000 mortgage loan, through the issuance of tax-exempt bonds to finance the loan, to the owner of a 225 unit affordable housing project located in Holyoke, MA.
